"The first impression of the hotel is the friendly and welcoming staff - they really set the tone for the hotel. The building itself is done in a Moorish style that creates an interesting and inviting space. The rooms are spacious and airy and the beds comfortable. A real bonus is the lovely roof terrace - ideal for a chill out after a day sightseeing. Breakfast is available at a reasonable charge and is a great way to start the day. The hotel is positioned in a quiet street that is within easy walking distance of all the sights of the old city. I would totally recommend this hotel - we had a great stay. "

"On arrival the hotel staff were great; polite, helpful and good humoured. The room was very clean and tidy and we appreciated the complimentary water. To have a view over the sea was worth paying a little extra for. Breakfast was great, with a wide variety of items on offer to suit all tastes and dietary needs. The location of the hotel was excellent with easy access to the beach and the town itself. "

"Excellent stay at Plaza Mina Suites. We had the penthouse apartment which had a fabulous private roof terrace with table and chairs and sun loungers which we made use of due to having great weather in March. Great location, shops and restaurants around the corner. The old town of Cadiz is very walkable - nothing was more than a 15-20 minute walk away at the most from the apartment. The accommodation was clean, modern and well equipped, also felt safe and secure (although would still recommend providing an in-room safe if I was to be really picky). All in all I would highly recommend and would have no hesitation in staying there again next time we are in Cádiz "

"Huge disappointment with this "Spa" Hotel. Booked this hotel with great expectations of using pools, saunas, etc but we discovered during our check in that is needed to pay to use it and with for limited time. Nothing is mentioned when you book and it is misleading since they promoted with nice pictures of the spa. Rooms are good but a bit noisy. Windows are directly above an atrium with chairs for guests and you can hear eco from people speaking. Breakfast is good with a nice mix of fruits, breads, cakes and hot food."

"The staff was very kind and accommodating. They ever gave us a bottle of cava for my birthday. The room was utterly amazing, it was a beautiful marble room with Juliette balconies we enjoyed with the cava. The location is great too, in-between the old town and the beach, close to the action but not in the thick of it. I'm so impressed, I would absolutely stay here again. "
