"Check-in was great. Very friendly staff. Not much parking close to the front, but plenty elsewhere. Room was excellent! Very comfortable. Very good shower. We were told there were free drinks and light snacks in the lobby between 5:30 and 7. We went and were not offered drinks and had to ask a staff member about the food....they showed us two warming plates of watery chili and bread. Other than that uncomfortable experience, all was good."

"The hot breakfast was good, with a wide variety of options. The location is close to the highway, but it was quiet at night. The airport is near and very convenient. It is within walking distance of restaurants and interesting points of the city."

"bathroom sink did not drain (half full of water entire stay) no kleenex, shampoo and soap dispenser in the shower was empty or did not work. Was there 2 nights and no housekeeping. Breakfast was good."

"Bed sheets had blood stains? Sofa was so nasty no one would have used it. The A/C did not work, No shampoo and conditioner, no bath soap. Only one package of old coffee for two people. Water pressure was awful. Lobby was terrible, looked like it was being used asa storage unit. Management under a Rhaul Patel. "
