"Loved this place! Walking distance to a variety of museums, botanical garden across the street, Little Italy, a pleasant 10 min walk down the way. The hotel was lovely, beds cozy, complimentary breakfast, little hotel bar, well decorated, nice art work throughout. Welcoming staff. Highly recommended!"

"We used the vallet service for our vehicle...cost a littlenover 114 bucks for 3 days....totally worth it. The staff at the hotel was exceptional, always there to assist if needed and always pleasant. This place is old, so dont expect anything different. That being said, the reno that they have done is classy and comfortable. The old school esthetics is why we stayed here. Close to everything, the only annoyance we had was the amount of bums, begging everywhere. Clean that up Cleveland...no one wants someone perfectly healthy and able to work asking for your money, and multiple trys at that. I worked damn hard for my money, and have no problem helping the needy....these people are lazy con artists. Beyond that, great stay, service, and atmosphere!!"
