"Aquí todas la estrellas van para el personal de concierge. El hotel tiene instalaciones impecables pero lo que lo hace especial es el servicio. Gracias a Harry y Lans de concierge por hacerme la vida más fácil. Aún con la barrera del idioma se esforzaron para incluso enviar mi equipaje a Shanghai por paquetería. Siempre que necesité un taxi o imprimir algún documento ellos se encargaron. Ojala todos los Hilton tuvieran esa calidad de servicio. Gracias a todo el personal "

"The first time visiting Beijing, we’re very happy with the service and the cleanliness and the breakfast buffet is awesome in this hotel. But One exceptional experience was meeting the gentleman ( Clyde ) in front desk, he was so helpful and showed us the city map.. with the places around Beijing.. that made our trip much easier and joyful. We’re highly recommended to all the travellers!!!"

"The best thing about the hotel for me was the location. I had business at Tsinghua University, so it was very convenient to walk just a few hundred meters from the hotel to the campus. The service has improved in many ways compared to previous reviews. Many of the front desk staff were able to communicate in English, and those who could not speak English well tried to communicate using a translation app on their smartphones.
