"Le logement était super. Sauf que vous n'avez pas fourni de moyen simple d'y accéder ; il faut appeler pour trouver une solution. Si nous ne pouvons pas appeler, ce serait catastrophique. Il faut simplifier les choses. Permettre au client de payer l'acompte comme il le souhaite, uniquement par carte de crédit c’est difficile pour ceux qui ont des urgences ou de moyens limités attendre longtemps. Sinon, tout s'est bien passé."

"Staff was really the star of our stay here. We ended up showing up a bit early to check in - staff was great about being welcoming and setting us up comfortably in the lobby with drinks as we waited for our room to be ready. Throughout our visit they were fantastic about checking in and offering up services and assistance where needed. Room was also great. Highly recommend this location."
