"For the physically challenged, parking is an issue as the Parkade is a good piece away. Also, because of the surrounding topography, best plan on using your car or taxis. Limited food service with the on site restaurant closed after 2 PM on Sundays, and therefore no washroom access in the lobby area. (Boston Pizza the only food option easily accessible.)"

"Very helpful Staff, we had a minor issue with our room and the Staff took care of it right away and were very apologetic. Did not enjoy the pool, just because it was very crowded, but the facility was clean and well stocked."

"Everything was beautiful. They set out a variety of amenities for their guests to have for free, which includes granola little bags of chips, little pieces of chocolate, coffee, tea, water there’s a little fridge in our room that we could keep things in the bathroom was beautiful and clean."

"The staff at the front desk were very helpful with suggestions for dinner. Breakfast was included with pancakes, yogurt and fruit cups. We didn't use the pool or hot tub. Shampoo conditioner and body wash were included in the bathroom."
