Guest Houses in Umzinyathi District Municipality

"Short, but a good relax evening.."

"Stunning venue! unit was gorgeous and spacious. its lovely and quiet and private. only critique is there was no milk in my room/ fridge to make tea or coffee and thought the shower floor could use a bit more of a scrub, besides that was a perfect stay."

"Great historic house to visit. Very friendly management and staff. Comfortable beds. "

"Great staff! Owners however weren’t friendly and hardly greeted."

"Absolutely horrible - probably comparable to the worst truck stop you can imagine. Terrible service, staff were lethargic and unhelpful. Guests were loud, coming and going all night - locking and unlocking doors, smoking in their rooms - which filters into your room. My shower was mouldy and there was no water at all in the morning to even take shower. As a woman travelling for business, I did not feel safe staying there."

"If ever you find yourself in Vryheid I would highly recommend Oxford Lodge. The manager was constantly on hand to make sure our stay was comfortable and was most accommodating. A pool would’ve been great due to the 30 degree temperature but the shower and air on were equally as good."

"It’s a lovely place very quiet, the space is very is and it’s safe"

"We loved staying here , staff wonderful, room excellent, food delicious. A great place to relax after sightseeing and enjoying the sights sounds and smells of the city. I would definitely stay here again. Unpretentious comfort at a fair price"
