"Toured cow pasture trying to find the route up the hill. Take care driving up and down the hill due to blind curves. Worth the effort. View breathtaking out of room window. Cows and cowbells below the room window in evenings."

"The hotel is very conveniently located right on the shoreline of the Chiemsee & near the boats that ferry to the castle island. There is also a really good steakhouse (Maximillian) connected to the hotel. The beds & pillows are the most comfortable we've had in Germany. If you're staying in Prien am Chiemsee, this is the best!"

"The location was in a small alpine village with stunning views. There were walks from the door and easy access to cable cars for mountain walks and lakes. The hotel was immaculate and inkeeping with local tradition. The service was excellent and staff went above and beyond, even providing us with a breakfast bag on our departure day. There is a restaurant on site which served traditional german food which again was amazing."

"Anlage neu und schöne neue Zimmer, liegt direkt nebenan der Autobahn, aber Gott sei Dank nichts zu hören. Alle Zimmer sind auf die andere Seite gerichtet, Rollo und Klima vorhanden. Mann hört dann wirklich nichts im Zimmer.Klimaanlage sollte wo erklärt sein. Frühstück im Gasthof war gut und Bedienungen sehr freundlich"
