"This property surprised me. I thought it would be more of a budget option, but this place turned out to be very luxurious and beautifully designed. I almost rated the hotel 4 stars as the breakfast wasnt the best, but the rest of the hotel and the terrace of rhe room was Wow, and deserved an over all 5 star rating. Customer service, just like everywhere else in Amman, was 5 stars."

"Amazing property and amazing staff, I was actually booked at another hotel, A Thousand and One Nights but because of my amazing experience the first time here, and the amazing location to downtown Amman, rainbow street and tourist attractions, I returned back. I will always stay here when I come to Amman, it’s in the heart of downtown but at the top of the hill so you’re away from the noise at night. The room is incredibly clean, sleek and modern and the bathroom is modern, clean and sleek. The staff is incredibly attentive, I had a couple of asks and they immediately accommodated me and found a solution. They’re incredibly sweet and welcoming and the hotel is a very nice small boutique hotel in an excellent location. I will return every time here when I’m in Amman"

"Location is great, staff were super friendly and helpful with everything. Ac worked well, price was good, it for me it worked. BUT the property is super run down and dirty. Wifi doesnt work in the rooms you modt go to the common areas. Hot water didnt work ever even after pressing the "hot water button" if you jist need a quickly stop over to sleep and spend the night it is great, wouldnt stay here more than 1 night"
