"Extraordinary friendly and helpful staff. Very very good service. Nice hotel, nice rooms and wonderful garden area. We had a great time and can fully recommend it - except for the following: The only minus: the hotel charged us VAT although not applicable. They pretend that this is practice. This is not the case (experience with many other hotels in Israel and checked again today with other hotels here) and this is also not correct (if you are not subject to a law, you are not. "Very well located hotel and friendly staff. Car park was good and very secure. Restaurants and the key churches all nearby. Traffic in Nazareth is never the best but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Hotel is easy to find. Breakfast pretty good and again friendly staff. "
