"The hotel was clean and organized but the furniture and appliances were a bit dated. Overall my family enjoyed the stay. One thing for sure is the staff were very friendly and easy to work with when asking questions or needing assistance. "

"Good, safe location. Close to all the malls, and a 2min drive to the beach. Pool was nice, if a little old. If you have kids, having 2 rooms and 2mbathrooms is a god send. Will stay here again. "

"The description says you get a private bath, room. It does not say you have to share this unit with another couple in another room, bath. Misleading. I would not stay there again."

"Dusit Thani is a premier hotel property on Tumon Bay. You know this as soon as you walk in and smell their signature lobby scent. Staff is friendly, housekeeping is good and the property itself is well-kept. Dining options in and out of the hotel are available. The music in the lobby lounge is a little loud for our taste especially considering it is indoors. It was not a scene for relaxing cocktails but you have the option to go outdoors, albeit sitting in heat and humidity. Views of the bay from the lobby to the oceanfront rooms are excellent. Pools are nice and refreshing and the option to use its sister property’s pool is nice when you’re looking for lounge chairs. Beach area is absolutely gorgeous. Will easily come back to this property when we visit Guam again."

"Robert did an excellent job assisting me at the Front Desk. Due to my last-minute booking, I checked-in later in the evening on 07/17/25. However, Robert went above and beyond communicating with Housekeeping to ensure I did not have to wait for hours to access my room. He was very hospitable and even upgraded my room which I appreciated. Robert took the extra step while I waited in the lobby, to walk to my room and verify that the air-condition temperature was good. Robert and staff also added an oscillating fan in my room just in case I wanted it to be extra cold. My overall experience was excellent! Robert and staff deserve to be recognized for displaying the true spirit of hospitality. Thank you! "
