"This is a good place to stay - my room, while small and basic was very clean, quiet and felt safe. I didnt use the outside BBQ or gathering space, but it looked friendly. The air con worked and the parking is accessible. I checked in after hours, that process was straightforward and easy. Would definitely recommend and stay again. "

"Staff were wonderful very helpful with our arriving later than we said. We normally have a wonderful stay here. Have come back several times. Now we did choose a cheaper room than we would normally book here and it was Boxing Day and school holidays but it was so NOISY!! A room that was near stairs and main road and so it was a thoroughfare but the walls were paper thin why do people have to stomp around so loudly. "The whole apartment dated and badly designed and maintained -particularly the bathroom. Most disappointing. Poor value for the nightly cost. Staff very good. Bistro and outside areas were very good."

"My upstairs room was excellent with updated bathroom and new air conditioning unit, the bed was also very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again on next trip to Swan Hill."

"Rooms were a good size with newly renovated and very clean bathrooms. Unfortunately our room was upstairs and very close to the neighbouring hotel which stayed open till 3am. The noise was unbearable. We put up with it on the first night, Friday. However when we returned to the hotel at around 11pm after a local wedding the noise was still very loud so we packed up and drive 2.5 hours home. A disappointing end to a nice weekend."
