"The cabin we stayed in was simple and old. The beds were comfortable and we had hot water without any problems. The WiFi does not work during peak usuage hours and needs to be upgraded. It is fine during quiet times during the say. "Hostal Baquedano considerably exceeded our expectations. It is a no-frills hostal, but the service that we received from the owner and his staff was exceptional. Everyone was very kind, attentive to our needs, and patient with our questions and poor Spanish. Breakfast was basic but very much appreciated, as was the option to take it to go before an early-morning tour. The hostal is not far from the center of town, but our room was quiet and warm. If we return to Puerto Natales we would definitely consider staying at Hostal Baquedano again. "
