"Pictures don't do justice to the beauty of this property. Gorgeous exterior and perfectly designed and appointed interiors. Luxurious sheets, etc. It even smells great. The staff is extremely accommodating, arranging taxis, storing luggage, and setting out breakfast before regular serving hours when we needed a super early start. Highly recommended. "

"We enjoyed 2 nights at Altiplanico prior to our trip to Torres del Paine. The room was great, including a view of the sound, with heated bathroom floors and towel rack. "We booked a room with a view of The Massif and it was completely worth it as the view is incredible! You also get the same view from the dining room and bar and comfy seating areas which were great for relaxing and taking it all in. The room was clean and modern although only minor disappointment was the bathroom which could do with an upgrade to match the quality of the rest of the hotel. The pool was lovely, a great space to relax after a long hike the day before. Initially we had concerns over being isolated in this location but for a couple of days we had no issues. Good dining options in the hotel and we booked hikes and transfers through ‘The Masssif’ who are based at the hotel and we’re great. Overall highly recommend."

"The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Water service was interrupted one of the nights which was a great inconvenience after a long day to not be able to shower or even flush the toilet. The hotel is far from downtown and since is technically a different town taxis charge extra to/from this location. The view from the hotel Is beautiful but it isn’t a nice area to walk around. "
