全体的に清潔感があり部屋も広かったので過ごしやすかった。途中で部屋の電気がチカチカしてスタッフに伝えると、夜遅かったが部屋を替えてくださった。不満だった点としては、6泊滞在したが、2日に一回は清掃に入り忘れており、その度にタオル類などを受け取るのが不便だった。ランドリーサービスと別でランドリー設備という記載があるが、洗濯機などはなく、フロントに預けて洗濯してもらうサービスだけだった。少し高いが早く仕上げてくださった。駐車場が少し分かりづらいので、車で行く際は連絡して確かめた方が良いと思う。ルームサービスで本格的な韓国料理が食べられるのがよかった。

잘못된 호텔요금 청구로 여행후 불쾌함이 남음

숙박 체크아웃시 결제가 되지 않았다며 다시 호텔에서 결제할 것을 요청받았습니다. 이미 돈을 지불했다고 했지만 계속 다시 결제할 것을 요청했고 카드결제 시스템에 문제가 생겼는가 싶어서 다시 결제했습니다. 이번달 카드요금 청구서를 보니 호텔스닷컴에서 한번, 호텔에서 두번 결제된 것을 발견했네요. 호텔숙박 자체는 굉장히 마음에 들었지만 굉장히 불쾌한 경험입니다. 다시 몽골에 가게된다면 이 호텔을 선택하지 않을 것 같습니다.
