"The physical geography of the property is not the same as on the advertisement.As a result the uber trip end ap being over 40 km and became grossly expensive.The Uber driver got lost and couldn’t find the place. Once we were there they demanded us to pay for using the kitchen table and stove. The staff wanted us to pay extra cash beside the booking fees paid online. "Set near the top of Lubowa hill, Royal Victoria is quiet and very relaxing with a plant filled compound. The staff made me feel at home with daily chats on my needs (meals, etc). It's good value for money for a relaxing break."
