Die Unterkunft war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Nur das Doppelbett war nicht bequem, nur eine dünne Matratze und darunter war eine Holzplatte und kein Lattenrost .

Die Anlage ist sehr schön, der Strand in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Unser Zimmer (233) allerdings sah eher aus wie auf Besuch bei Oma und Opa. Viel zu viel Krimskrams steht herum. Sage und schreibe 30 Segelboot Bilder in der kleinen Wohnung! Der Blick vom Balkon ist sehr schön. Das Bett muß man selbst beziehen und noch extra bezahlen, dabei sind die Matratzen recht unbequem. Ich habe keine der drei Nächte gut geschlafen.

Hier muss das Kleingedruckte gelesen werden!

Zimmer und Einrichtung waren an sich okay, aber die Geschäftsmethoden, derer man sich hier bedient sind unseriös und nicht akzeptabel. Ich übernachte seit über 30 Jahren und habe mehrere tausens Hotel hinter mir, aber so etwas habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Der Aufenthalt wurde mit einem Preis von 64 € gebucht - daran bemessen, dass ich der einzige Gast war, schon ein stolzer Preis. Beim Auschecken am Morgen betrug dann der Preis aber auf einmal 76,50 € - es wurde noch eine Bettwäschegebühr und eine Parkplatzgebühr addiert - das soll wohl auch irgendwo in der Buchungsbestätigung geschrieben worden sein (die ist 5 Seiten lang - vermutlich irgendwo im Kleingedruckten). Es hieß dann, das macht Expedia immer so - glatt gelogen - ich habe über 1.000 Expedia-Buchungen hinter mir - das hat Expedia noch nie so gemacht. Für den jetzigen Preis hätte ich auch fürstlich im Dorint auf Usedom übernachten können. Kunden irre zu führen hat sich noch nie ausgezahlt - warum schreibt man nicht von vornherein in das Angebot, was der Aufenthalt kostet - für den Kunden zählt doch nur der Endpreis. Vielleicht gibt es dann demnächst noch die Frischluftgebühr, die Strandgebühr, Wasser- und Strompauschale usw.. Ich bin echt stinking und werde zum einen hier nie wieder buchen und zum anderen dafür sorgen, dass auch niemand anderes aus unserer bundesweiten Außendienststruktur hier buchen wird. Ich wünsche weiterhin "gute" Geschäfte - nur nicht mehr mit mir.

Schönes Zimmer, jedoch direkt am Ausgang und zum Parkplatz. Wir konnten deswegen (jeder der hinein und hinaus ging schaute hinein, Raucherinsel direkt am Fenster, laut) kein Fenster öffnen. Es war heiß und stickig. Außerdem wurden auf den online angegebenen und vereinbarten Preis noch 24€ Betwäschekosten zusätzlich berechnet. Das finden wir unlauter (weil erst zur Abmeldung mitgeteilt) und völlig unangemessen.

Der Blick aufs Wasser war herrlich. Trotz vielen Wohnungen war es extrem ruhig. Spinnen und Mücken sind dort sehr sehr viel. Kommunikation war perfekt. Wir kommen wieder.

Schön aber stressig

Leider war unser Zimmer in der 2. Etage. Für ältere Leute wie uns ist es fast unzumutbar, das schwere Gepäck hochzuhieven, denn einen Lift gibt es nicht. Aus der Buchung ging auch nicht hervor, dass das Zimmer weder Balkon noch Terasse hat. Sehr schade! Die Anlagen und die Gegend sind sehr schön und einen Urlaub wert. Vielleicht hilft diese Bewertung anderen Urlaubern,wenn sie einen Urlaub in der Lagunenstadt planen

Lage, direkt am Meer, ist klasse. Das Zimmer war gut und mit allem erforderlichen ausgestattet. Die Matratze war mir etws zu weich, aber für ein paar Tage absolut ausreichend.
