"This is a “must stay and relax” type of place. The staff is incredible, the customer service is superb and the amenities (spa. Swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, boating, biking, etc.) is fabulous. When i arrived ( rather hot amd bothered), the receptionists said I should have called them to pick me up! Once checked in, I called reception three times and room service (there is no mini bar) and no k e picked up. I was told the phone system was not working (although they did get it operating). "Amazing hotel, nothing bad to say at all! All staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Our room was ready early so we were able to check in as soon as we arrived! The room was perfect; very clean and modern, comfortable bed, good amenities and facilities. The view from our balcony was amazing. Breakfast was great, lots of choice and a good way to start the day. Free coffee machine in the main lobby was a nice touch. Location was perfect, just outside Interlaken West station and shops and restaurants all very close. Thank you for a perfect stay! "
