"staff, Good breakfast and clean room"

"Nothing great to talk about the hotel. Ok to stay if you don't expect much in terms of service. Passable!!! We had to ask for cups & towel in the room which was not provided. Housekeeping for daily cleaning was sent after we asked. Bed linen looked crumpled and overall toilet fitting and floor looked worn out. The recepitionionist kept asking me for room tariff to be paid even though I had paid everything on Hotels..com at the time of booking. Later he called his supervisor who sorted the issue....

"The coastal Palace is a family run hotel newly built spotless A.C rooms two on site restaurant’s non veg and pure veg the vegetarian food is excellent and well priced all the staff are friendly and helpful good value "

"- Location is beside a stagnant backwater area. - The backwater is extremely filthy and a perfect breeding ground for mosquitos. - Human waste and other filthy waste in the water around the resort causing toxic smell and environment. "

"Horrible staff, did not honor the booking, the booking was for standard romm with a twin bed, they said the booking was for single bed and charged 1300 extra. Food and cleanliness the less spoken the better. Arrogant, staff. "

"The location was fantastic, the property was gorgeous but still undergoing some enhacements in landscaping, etc. that causes to put a little bit of a damper in privacy during stay. But the staff was very helpful, especially the restaurant staff, starting from their Executive Chef Siva who was very helpful in recommending food and customizing as needed, alongwith all his wait staff. All in all a great stay, and once the palce is fully done will be a one-of-a-kind in the coastal karnatake region."

"Walls are all mouldy, coacroaches everywhere, washrooms are not clean and no towels. Would recomment other to go for other hotel in same price."
