"Apartment was fully equipped, spacious and absolutely perfect! The staff is pleasant, apartment was wonderful and clean. We had a washing machine in our suite which was a great surprise. One note, the area gets dark fairly early and made it difficult to locate in the dark."

"Nice room in a nicely decorated mansion. Friendly person in charge. Unable to operate induction cooker as unable to understand instructions in Korean. Inside of microwave oven has moldy food stains, obviously was not cleaned after use by last guest."

"The house and view is amazing. I can have my private time with family. There are a lots of restaurant nearby. You can walk to the restaurant which is just next door. I like the house very much with the design. The cooking utensil is over there. It will be perfect for 2 person stay. The owner cannot speak english but he very helpful. "

"This condo property seems almost abandoned at the moment due to the pandemic.While the exterior is in need of repainting and upkeep, the condo we were given was in good shape,spacious and comfortable. We liked the quiet location and access to nearby museums and restaurants. The gym is a bit of a joke ..a couple treadmills and stationary bikes in a small space. "This is a great location and a good base if you want to stay in the Hamdeok area but also explore other parts of Jeju. The bus stop is 1 min from the hotel. The beach is right across from the hotel. There are lots of food options on the stretch, and convenience stores close by. The hotel has more Western style amenities (partition in shower, large towels). Rooms were clean. There are lots of tourists so the area is quite busy. Highly recommend the Utop"
