not clean room but the owner of house is...

need to imporve the clean the room..and the light on the wall not working.. not clean room but the owner of house is very kind. the bath room is not locked inside. and shared it with all guest.

Als Deluxe Zimmer eine absolute Katastrophe. Kein Kleiderschrank, keine Kommode um irgendwas abzulegen oder unterzubringen. Nur ein Nachttisch und die Nachttischlampe war defekt. Kein Fernseher, kein Radio, dagegen konnten wir akustisch am Familienleben und den Aktivitäten der anderen Gäste im Bad teilnehmen. Ausserdem wollte der Vermieter noch 10 Franken extra für die Benutzung der Handtücher haben.

Wir erhielten nicht was gemäss Buchungssite beschrieben war. Wir sollten ein Apartmemt erhalten und befanden uns in einem Zimmer mit Doppelbett und Hochbett mit Gemeinschaftsbad sowie keinem Zugang zu Hand-/Badetücher da abens der Schrank einfach abgeschlossen wurde. Eine alte Ausstattung kann auch bequem und prima sein aber hier wird überall gespart sogar an Kissen und Decken! Zierkissen werden als Schlafkissen abgegeben. Leinentücher für Einzelbetten auf Doppelbetten verwendet...sorry aber ein min. an Service sollte auch in einem Gästehaus möglich sein.

Owners are a very nice, friendly couple. Remote location from Luzern. No breakfast but were offered free coffee or tea. Ten francs to use grill. Shared bath (not private as advertised). Room size OK for two but "No picnic in room!" We did not see any "free toiletries" and initially were provided only one bath towel to use for two people.

We were a family of 5 and the space was relatively small. The hosts were very nice and the hospitality was very good. There are 3 rooms in total on the first floor which have a shared bath room and hence the waiting time to use the bathroom was very long. Expedia advertises this property as having a private bathroom which isnt the case. Atleast it was not clear for the room we booked. However, I must say that the hosts were very nice, friendly and helpful.
