Ubungo Spa Hotels

"We loved White Sands Resort. We were six people in two one-bedroom apartments with a connecting door, just perfect for us. The kitchens were convenient, however one was not stocked at all and the other just had a few plates and a couple of forks and spoons. We didn't plan to do much cooking so didn't say anything about it, but probably the staff would have responded had we asked. Otherwise, the stay was perfect with excellent air conditioning and two pools plus lovely beach walks to choose...

"Overall, our stay at Serene Hotel was pleasant. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay pleasurable and to assist with any needs. With that said, the property is a bit outdated and the rooms could use some updating. We also would have loved to enjoy some of the property amenities like the outdoor bar, but being offseason, quite a bit was not operating or in use. We recommend Serene hotel for a budget friendly stay with beach access in walking distance. You will be met with hospitality...

"The staff members went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. The breakfast was delicious with many options. The menu options were nice and affordable. Every room service staff spoke clear english and reception always responded quickly. I like how the rooms have AC and a ceiling fan. The backup generator worked great during city wide power outages. There was an issue with critters but if you don't bring food into your room you should be fine. Peace "

"This small hotel is off the beaten path. The rooms are basic but clean and have everything that we needed. We arrived late at night and no housekeeping came the next day. Pool and beach were wonderful as was the breakfast that we had. Great coffee."
