Dear Mr Guray, Thank you for the time taken to write a feedback as well as bringing the issue to our concern. We do apologize for the inconvenient you experienced upon check in. Allow us to clarify few points of your comments as following: 1/ Each of the room can only accommodate one extra bed, inclusive of breakfast. This arrangement is clearly mentioned in the room description anywhere you look up to and in your reservation detail. 2/ Your reservation was for two adults + 2 childs, which also possible with arrangement clearly stated that one child will get an extra bed, while the other one is sharing bed with parents. All four gets breakfast. This arrangement is what you have paid in advance, clearly mentioned in your reservation detail, instead of a room with two extra beds and breakfast. 3/ On arrival, you aggressively demand a TWO extra beds in the rooms for the children and claimed you have paid for. While our room size, description, AND your reservation detail, mentioned only accommodate one extra bed (please refer to point 1), and breakfast for four. We have checked carefully hardcopy and softcopy of your reservation detail, and found the detail is on our side. 4/ Your statement: "This attendees aggressive mannerisms towards my family " is a strong statement accusing us. By far, Ubad Retreat is strictly prohibit its staff to act such way. There is none considered as just a guest at Ubad Retreat, but part of our family instead, and we didn't get our previous reviews by doing 'aggressive mannerisms' to them. We would strongly advise you to clarify your statement instead. Again, we are sorry for the inconvenient caused and all in all, we also happy to learn that now you are enjoying your stay in Bali. The animal sound you heard occasionally was made by gecko. Its a gentle-harmless creature eating mosquitoes, very useful for human. Apologize for the inconvenient and welcome to the nature, Dear. The shower uses a solar heating system which much recommended these days to save energy and environment. Regret that we didn't manage to inform you earlier about. Dear Mr Adrian, Thank you for choosing to stay with us recently and for the time taken to write a review here. With all due respect, allow us to clarify your concern. The location, we are actually located 3 KM (approx 2 miles away) from the center. If you say it was 15 miles, we are not sure which route you taken to reach the city center. Free shuttle to the center four times daily on schedule is provided for your convenient, which you never use. May be you could explain us. The cleaning, we tried to clean your room every single day but you clearly asked us not to touch your room, not even turn on/off the AC. So we did what your request was. Knowing that you have been to Bali for so many times, we are surprised of how you review a property that does everything for you during your stay including providing an additional working desk with lighting, chairs, and all those comfort without any additional charge, while all those request of yours are not our standard facilities here. Its a pity and away from fair for us, it really is. Perhaps, you could give us another shot and write a better review afterward. Thank you. Sincerely, Ubad Retreat
