"Estava viajando com meu esposo e filhos, um de 5 (que inclusive é uma criança atípica) e outro de 2. Solicitei 1 cama de casal e 2 de solteiro. Chegando no quarto, encontramos 4 camas de solteiro e um dos pés da cama estava quebrado. Tentei a troca de quarto, mas sem sucesso. Tivemos que colocar o colchão no chão e ao mexer na mobília, encontramos uma garrafa de água embaixo da cama (obviamente da hospedagem anterior), indicando que o quarto não foi bem limpo.
