"The property was cleaned, but the elevators did not work correctly so they had one elevator working for eight floors and a lot of people so the weights were very very long. The pool was not working and they did not mention that until after we booked in and that was our main reason for staying there so we are very disappointed in the hot tub was out of order, and again this was not mentioned till after the fact "

"Room was what we expected ( clean, plenty of towels). But the only complaint is there is not enough electrical outlets to plug up your devices especially if there are two persons with multiple devices ( iPhone, Apple Watch, iPad etc). Desk personnel was very helpful with all the information that needed to be relayed. "

"No toothpaste is provided and you have to pay 15 dollars a day for parking the area isn't the best or very convenient and the breakfast served is not the best at all no eggs or anything like that just simple breakfast stuff bagels cereal etc..!!but hotel staff is nice and polite overall..!! I don't think I would stay again at larkspur landing in Renton I would rather go elsewhere and much better amenities..! So I wouldn't recommend a stay at this hotel"

"We had to change rooms due to a party being held in the room next to us. At 4am someone pulled the fire alarm. Courtyard did comp our room for all the issues."
