"We had a party of five, Including two young teen children. We were Surprised to find that we were given a double room on the side of the hotel. (4 queen beds, total, with two separate full bathrooms. It also included a full kitchen, But with minimal supplies to use.) While we lost a good view from the front balcony, we gained a lot of good space, Especially needed since the island received record rain while we were there!! The breakfast was delicious, And the staff extremely friendly! We used the small pool twice . The area itself is not glamorous, but one block away and easy walk to nice downtown shopping and sites like 99 steps and the castle. Totally sad that we forgot they have their own restaurant at the hotel! Ended up spending too much money at one of the only places downtown open late. Next time we will eat at the bunker hill hotel for dinner, If it’s as good as it’s breakfast that is included!"

"Everything was wonderful "

"The property is run down. The breakfast selection was poor and the food was mediocre, nothing special. The staff was rude and not helpful in any way. The restaurants at the resort closed early and only had one cook so would get backed up and not take orders. We didn’t eat most days. They didn’t offer shuttles anywhere and we were told to take taxis for things as small as toothpaste. We didn’t have a phone in our room and room service was not available. The ac broke on day 3 and we placed the DND sign on the door and housekeeping still went inside our room and some of our valuables came up missing. The front desk didn’t know anything we asked and even when I pressed for information I was directed to look online for answers. Some of the staff allowed people they knew to bring guests in. One woman brought a group of special needs clients that she was watching for work. So the vibe of the resort shifted to more of an adult daycare facility. Also there is no water sports, only 4 kayaks. I could go on and on. This was a complete disaster. I would not recommend and will not be returning."

"Zero towels at the pools today’s in a row. Attitude from staff when asking for something. Blows my mind pay great money and get terrible service "

"Our stay at The king Christian hotel was awesome. It was beautiful there & the staff that checked us in were kind and courteous but the staff that relieved that staff were the complete opposite. We arrived Thursday after 6 & the last and male front desk were a delight but the ones that worked the next day in the morning had horrible attitudes."
