"I recently stayed at Charlie Brooklyn Apartments for four nights, and overall, it was a mixed experience. A few positives are that the building is secure, and the shower pressure was great.
However, there were quite a few more downsides. The check-in process was inconvenient – I had to upload documents online before arrival, and there’s no receptionist in the building. To enter, you have to ring the building’s intercom and speak to a porter in Portuguese, which could be challenging if you’re...

"I liked the hotel very much.
Parking was convenient and easy, nearby Shopping Ibirapuera, where there is a money exchange shop on the third floor.
The hotel is very close to the subway station, that is very convenient if you need to go to the city center or Avenida Paulista.
The staff was very cordial and attentive.
I liked watching the planes passing by, and the noise doesn’t bother me at all, however, if it is an issue for some guests, the noise stops during the night.
There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, either in the mall or on the streets nearby, and you can eat a variety of cuisines like, German, Japanese, Lebanese, Italian and of course Brazilian."
"Nice property, very clean and secure. My apartment was clean but Very Angry about the lack of communication with getting my room/apartment information and had to sit outside for more than an hour until they finally found my reservation after showing them multiple receipts of purchase. didnt have my own way of getting in and out of the building due to the mess up and had to wait to be let in when going out because they kept trying to verify i was suppose to be there. The listing said english speaking workers/ help available on site one of the reasons i went with this location but that was false which made things even harder. "
"Stay was wonderful! A great budget hotel in the heart of Sao Paulo. Clean room, clean linens, very strong shower and water pressure, nice staff, affordable price, easy to get to, valet parking is easy to use and affordable per night. I definitely plan to come back! "
