"For the money I expected more. No shades to properly block out sunlight in the morning. Parking was ATROCIOUS. Parking is the worst. You have to cart your stuff FOREVER. Not a good design. Was charged extra for the very mediocre breakfast but there was no check and balance to make sure people had paid. Attendant at breakfast was rude when I asked if there was any more sausage or any kind of meat. "NO!" Was the answer. Lights didn't work in room. Poor room design. It was NOT a suite. ...

"Upon check-in, Joshua went well above and beyond my expectations to accommodate my requests. That is the epitome of customer service. I would rate cleanliness at 5, however there was a long brown hair stuck to the back of the bathroom door so long that it startled me. The facility obviously is old. I wouldn't say in disrepair because you can see that it's maintained, but I'll say age deteriorating. The facility is 3 Star rated, however it's a solid 2.5. "It was a challenge getting into the hotel entrance. There is a small restaurant right next to the hotel that is packed every night except Monday because they are closed. Driving through the maze of cars that are looking for a parking spot was a pain. Thankfully they are not allowed to park in the hotel parking spaces. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The indoor pool was well kept and stocked with towels. "
