"First we were disappointed with the food selection. My daughter has dietary issues and they had no rice, and then she asked for maugerita flatbread wo Sage and they couldn’t do that! So they tried hard to accommodate her with grilled chicken, but it made her sick anyway. The cheeseburgers were good though. Disappointed with the waffles for breakfast. "Very friendly Staff. The woman at reception ( forgot her name ) welcomed us and told us everything we needed to know. Property is sort of off highway but quiet and since property shared with Sheraton, fun to spend time in lobby. Also best breakfast i have had at a hotel!!"

"was not pleased with the noise level the first night we stayed. we were located near the elevator and heard the front door open and closing several times. possibly due to bthe lack of proper sound proofing and insulation. also the room above was noisy during the night. we moved to a different room for the 2nd night which was much better as it also was away from the street noise. we also did not like the coffee served either in the room or in the breakfast area. would rather pay for it and...

"Location location location is the word for realestate. The Sheraton has the right location. Convenient to the highways, shopping, restaurants and sports arenas. Portions of the hotel are being renovated but the available rooms are not bothered by the activity. "

"It was extremely convenient for getting into and out of Boston, bith by driving and using the Riverside T station. Coffee in the morning was excellent! Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. More outlets for charging would be nice because I was traveling with two teenagers. And it was a little bit tricky to keep the room at a cool temperature. I'm not sure if the a/c was working properly? Overall a great location for visiting Boston!"
