"We had a great stay at Mythos Luxury Suites. The location was perfect with everything within walking distance. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had a kitchen. We stayed twice, once before our cruise and again when we returned, and both rooms were excellent, one with an amazing Acropolis view and the other with a cool street view. The hostess was wonderful and met us right on time for both stays."

"When we first went into the room, we thought this is an average/under-average room (in terms of cleanliness and type of room). But that wasn't a big deal. I will say what the big deal was, and why I recommend no one stays at this horrific hotel. We left the room to go out, came back, and the door was opened...we had closed it of course when we went out. My mother and I go in the room to see if anyone is in it, and we went to check the bathroom, but the bathroom door was LOCKED. SOMEONE LOCKED...

"Tolles Hotel mit sehr schönen, sauberen und geräumigen Zimmern. Hervorragendes Frühstück und sehr nettes Personal. Leider befindet sich direkt unter dem Hotel die dazugehörige Bar welche teilweise bis 04:00 Uhr morgens sehr laute Musik spielt, vor allem natürlich Freitags und Samstags. Ohrstöpsel sind sehr zu empfehlen."

"The property is perfectly located in the old city. It is very updated and we found it comfortable and convenient. The rooms are small but that wasn’t an issue. The included breakfast is right next door and was good - including fresh-squeezed orange juice! We walked everywhere from there including to the acropolis and the Lycabettus Hill. "The room was very clean and had everything we needed. But the two main standouts were the unreal location (seemed perfectly central), and the extremely helpful and friendly staff - they were awesome. The square right in front of the hotel was basically always busy, which we thought was great..but if you want a quieter area, this might not be your jam. Oh, fantastic rooftop bar up top with insane views of the Acropolis."

"Great location. About a 15 minute walk to the Acropolis. Lots of restaurants and shops surrounding the hotel. No elevator so be prepared to climb stairs which wasn’t a problem for us. Great breakfast food provided. Chistos was a very gracious and attentive host. Thank you Christos. Would recommend this hotel for staying in the Monastiriki area. "

"The Pame House is a beautiful hotel - very updated and the roof has an amazing view of the Acropolis. The location is fantastic and the staff were so helpful during my stay. The only slight negative is that the area is quite busy at night and so there is a lot of street noise. It was off season so it was reasonably quiet and I wore a sleep mask with headphones to block out the noise so it was fine. It’s just something to be aware of but I would stay here again."
