"This was a half way stopping point for our long drive home. Justin was sooo nice and informative when we arrived. We loved having the restaurant and bar and Nicole was so very sweet. We met some nice people at sitting at the bar and we all joined in conversation. It was a great way to end a weary travel day."

"Its a budget-friendly hotel. My room was clean and the Staff were very helpful and polite. They have a pool and vending machines for snacks. The exercise room is small. There is about 3 or 4 treadmills in there but no weights. The hotel has 2 elevators also which is helpful if you're on one of the upper floors. The hotel sits up on a hill right next to the interstate which is convenient and the view is nice. If you're in the Bristol area for a few days, I'd definitely recommend considering this...

"The room was very nice, clean and spacious. It’s a shame they allow smoking in the casino. If you’re not a smoker, it makes it unbearable and there is only a tiny space available for non-smokers. I would not return because of the smoke so will continue going to Harrah’s in Cherokee which I think is a better option anyway. The Asian restaurant in the hotel is absolutely terrible. The food was inedible. The hotel staff are amazing and were super helpful."

"The property was not good the bed had noise and also you could hear sounds from other rooms we took a room for 90 but it doesn’t had any value of that the sofa was very dirty , had some flies in room. I don’t recommend it for anyone"

"I booked a single queen room that Expedia says sleeps 3 meaning that they should have a sofa bed in the room. When we went in the room it only has a single queen but nothing else. The hotel says our accessible rooms are single queens only. So my only choice was to change rooms to a non-accessible double queen plus pay an $20.00 for the room."

"We thought well if our stay. Met all expectations. Some routines by customers into late evening and effecting sleep might have handled better. Good hotel."
