"Friendly, simple check -in. Easy parking in multistory just behind which can be added to the room. Great TV, good shower and comfy bed. Roomy flat with good equipment level in the kitchen. Some welcome gifts too (tea, coffee, sugar, washing up liquid and tea towels) which were very welcome. Mini supermarket located just below too. "

"It’s such a special place for us to stay. The hotel holds such lovely memories of our wedding day. It’s been developed even more now, but tastefully, holding its true identity in style and decor, with the more modern twists where needed. Every staff member is friendly, the food is delicious, lounge areas comfy, outside areas maintained and modern, and the views over Cardiff and out to sea are wonderful. "The accommodation was spotlessly clean. Rooms were well-appointed with fabulous bathroom and quality toiletries. Tea pigs tea and Tan y Castell Welshcakes were a cut above, as well as Ty Nant bottled water. The mattress and pillows were lovely quality. Rooms had minimalist furniture creating uncluttered calming space. The full Welsh breakfast was impressive, cooked to order. Unlimited juices, cereal and toast. Friendly, efficient staff.
