Great kitchen facilities and very clean and well kitted out. The only thing that we didn’t have was any shampoo in the bathroom and I had not brought any. Otherwise everything was great.

Looks are deceiving
A two night stay while we spent time exploring around Mt Cook. The Lakes Motel may not look like much from the outside, but inside the room was excellent. Plenty of space, roomy bathroom and a comfortable bed. The host was extremely helpful and polite. We would stay there again

We booked the unit with two bedrooms. Both rooms were spacious and the living area was quite usable. All rooms had their TV which was great. The beds were very comfortable.

Property clean and modern. Food trucks very close to the motel which is a plus for us. Remove planters because not enough car space to park our SUV. Will recommend to friends and family.

Location was great and room was comfy and we appreciated the kitchen with kettle, microwave, coffee and tea and toaster. Only suggestion is to put the Wi-Fi in the room rather than just the office which was closed (when we realized we needed to go there to get it). But really a great stay and we’d come back!

Everything nice about the 1 bedroom apartment. Spa tub in bathroom is an added benefit. All items are well maintained and good. Hosts/Management was helpful and cheerful too. Close to Mount cook and Lake Tekapo area is best

Comfy motel in Twizel
Good experience for short stay in Twizel. Spacious with full equipped kitchen. Just the bath tub had a little bit of mould in the corner otherwise we were really happy with our stay.

Great stay.
We had the 2 bedroom unit. Room was clean and comfortable. Had a spa in the bathroom but we didn't use it. Kitchen was well equipped so we managed to do some cooking. Laundry available onsite. Town centre a few minutes away by car. One of the best places we stayed on our trip.

You used the unit for one hour, and told us you had double booked, and departed, you did the booking and used the unit, this is why you did not get a refund.We do have a cancellation policy in the agreement that you receive when you book.
