"Got checked in, walk into the to room and wasn’t even cleaned, no bedding on the bed.walked down to the front desk and got a new a room ,that room beds were made but still wasn’t cleaned, had beer bottles & wrapper under the bed and used bar soap still in the shower. "

An hour and a half later, still nothing so we called again and she sent someone up to change the linens.
