The beach is like paradise the swim up room is an A+ beautiful and the cleanliness super. Food everything about this hotel is a 5 start i will come back for sure. Best Family vacation"

"This was my second time staying at this property. The first time, I booked through a private condo owner and stayed in Unit 3101, which was lovely. This time, I booked directly through the property's management company and stayed in Unit 3103. While it wasn't as hospitable as my previous experience, it was still a decent stay for the price. Overall, the property is nicely maintained for a budget-friendly accommodation. The pool and hot tub were clean, and cleanliness throughout the property was generally good. That said, there are small improvements that could make a noticeable difference without requiring major expense. The decor feels dated, with crooked wall art that appeared water-damaged. Speaking of water damage, the utility closet housing the water heater developed a steady leak that became progressively worse during our stay. By the last day and a half, we were regularly mopping up water and washing soaked towels. The ensuite washer and dryer were also extremely loud and detracted from the overall sense of peace and relaxation. Maintenance did respond and emptied a full bucket of water that had been placed under the leak, but the water continued seeping into the bathroom afterward. I would stay here again if I needed a budget-friendly option. I love Turks and Caicos, and this was my third visit to an island that I truly love. However, next time I will likely look for a comparable condo or villa. You ain't gonna see Drake here but you will still get by ;)"

"My stay at Kokomo was amazing from start to finish. The receptionist, Wenie, was exceptional and made sure our stay was comfortable every step of the way. She was always available to help, whether we had questions about food, transportation, local attractions, or things to do nearby. Her recommendations were incredibly helpful and made our trip even more enjoyable. The housekeeping staff was also wonderful, ensuring our room was always clean and well-stocked with fresh towels. While the resort was not as modern as I expected based on the photos, it was very clean, well-maintained, and located in a safe area. Overall, my experience was a 10/10. The outstanding customer service and cleanliness made for a great stay, and I would definitely consider coming back in the future."

One On Marlin – Adults Only

"This property is great to disconnect. Its only a few minutes from the beach and they offer a shuttle that drives to and from the beach and the sister resort Kokomo. The pool and restaurant are at the Kokomo resort not at one and Marlin. They also offer taxi services if you do not want to rent a car.The staff was great and very helpful. WENIE and MIMI made us feel welcomed and were super nice and accommodating."

"My husband & I stayed at this property for the 1st time for 8 days. The staff was amazing, pleasant, helpful. We have zero complaints. The food & drinks were delicious. We had a balcony pool view room on the 3rd floor. We used the gym 3 or 4 times. The beach is walking distance, but between the heat & my husband recovering from an ankle sprain, we opted for the golf cart shuttle. The beach was never packed, which was wonderful. There are designated beach lounges & umbrellas for the hotel & you can order food/drinks, which they will bring to you on the beach. The location of the hotel is close to everything (Thursday night fish fry, the small town with restaurants, boutiques, grocery stores), Da Conch Shack, Deez Nuts, the pick up location to be ferried to Noah's Ark, & more). We had a wonderful time. Once the hotel becomes more busy, they may need more than one person checking guests in & out. Shout out to Mama JuJu for the warm welcome before we even checked in & shout out to Prophet, who remembered our breakfast order every morning. He knew what we liked. Would definitely recommend."
