"Fantastic stay, it was perfect for our escape to come and work remotely. Wonderful food, very comfy big bed, co working space is brilliant with comfy chairs, right on the beach, but the staff are the kindest and make it a wonderful place. "Great location and hotel design but terrible terrible terrible customer service because the hotel management is sorely lacking any systems to ensure a good stay. There are so many issues here - the staff don’t seem to care, drink and food orders never arrive, despite repeated requests and even the offers of free food from management to address the issues experienced didn’t arrive. Many customers are experiencing the same issues. Definitely not worth the cost, stay elsewhere! "

"The Moose is such a special place! The host Ashan is a wonderful man. I felt so welcomed and safe and taken care of my whole stay. Room was big, immaculately clean, hot shower. "The stay here was great. Host very gracious. There are two separate bedrooms with double beds, a kitchen with a gas burner, refrigerator,dishes and pans, small dining room, patio with a day bed, washing machine. Bedrooms have a/c. Other rooms with ceiling fans. WiFi worked well. Host provided laundry detergent, shampoo, sun screen and mosquito repellent. He also provided us with some great meals.
