"The hotel stay was comfortable but at about the same price point there are other better hotels in the Chatswood vicinity. The hotel lift system is a bit confusing though.
There are no lift buttons inside the lift and one has to click the floor their going to even before getting on the lift. This was a bit confusing to older people in my travel group.
And besides they dont make up your room if you stay e.g 3 days and 2 nights."

"We had an excellent stay at the View Sydney Hotel! I would especially like to recognize the staff who were working on October 8, 2026. The two ladies who assisted us were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and helpful. I wish I had gotten their names so I could thank them personally. We arrived early and needed to leave our belongings before check-in, and they were very quick and helpful in assisting us with our luggage. We also greatly appreciated the kindness of the lady working on the...

"Cleaner room than my last stay, but the blind wouldn’t work the first two nights and then randomly would go down and then delayed going back up. And the tv casting didn’t work (hasn’t worked any time I have stayed).
But good A/C. Clean. Comfortable stay otherwise."

"I stayed here for a concert at the arena so mainly picked it due to its location to the venue.
However I’m so glad I did. The room I stayed in was immaculate. Felt like everything was brand new with how clean it was. It also had a lovely aesthetic that made it feel like I was staying in luxury. Best of all the staff were so lovely. Many people from the concert were staying there and at the end of the night as everyone was returning they had treats laid out for people to snack on while waiting...
