Helppo ja siisti asunto hyvällä sijainnilla

Helppo sisään pääsy, hyvä sijainti ja siisti. Moderni sisältä. Ainoastaan äänieristys voisi olla parempi, mutta onneksi suurempaa häiriöääntä ei kuulunut. Ilmastointi ei mielestäni ollut päällä enkä saanut sitä paneelista päälle. Tästä syystä sisällä oli hieman liian lämmintä. Onneksi terassin oven sai yöksi auki ja käyttöön oli tarjottu myös tuuletin.

Schönes, modernes Appartment in historischem Hafen-Umfeld. Modernes Zugangs-System (Handy erforderlich). Leider kein Aufzug im Haus. Tiefgaragen-Stellplatz lässt sich reservieren. Bushaltestelle in nächster Nähe, wenige Bus-Minuten in die Innenstadt. Lebensmittelgeschäft in der Nähe.

A good night's sleep.

A good overall experience. Nice location, modern, neat. A few points of improvement, though. The instructions on the appliances should be available on-site or online. The temperature of the apartment was uncomfortably hot during the arrival and though there was a thermostat, it didn't function.

Uusi toimiva huoneisto

Helteinen kiva viikonloppuyö Turussa lähellä Linnaa ja Suomen Joutsenta, vähä sivussa ydinkeskustasta. Huoneistossa kaikki oli uutta ja neutraalin ki asti sisustettua. Sängyt olivat hyvät. Keittiössä ja kylppärissä kaikki tarvittava pesukoneita myöden, huoneisto sopii hyvin pidempäänkin oleskeluun, jos ei halua syödä ulkona koko ajan. Astiat olivat osin likaisia, laitoi lähteissä koneeseen kaikki mikä mahtui. Samoin pikku-parvekkeen olisi voinut pyyhkäistä, kun siitepölykausi on jo ohi - lattia ja tuoli likaiset. Huoneisto edellyttää puhelinta, jossa akussa virtaa ja wifi sillä lukon avaaminen vaatii wifiin kirjautumisen jokaisella sisään tulemisella. Pysäköinti -sitten kun saatavilla - kannattaa ottaa huoneiston lusäpalveluna, silla ainakin kesäviikonloppuna pysäköintitilaa oli kadunvarressa huonosti. Huoneistossa ei ole viilennystä. Kokonaisuutena hyvä yöpyminen!

En suosittele, I do not recommend

Keskellä rakennustyömaata sijaitseva reissutyöläisten majoituspaikka. Ei sovellu pariskunnille eikä perhelomailuun. Perhestudio on tavallisen hotellihuoneen kokoinen. Parisänky on pöytä, voit sitten valita onko huoneessa sänky vai pöytä. Jos pöytä on avattu sängyksi, sitten lattiapintaa ei enää olekaan, eikä sen puoleen pöytääkään. Majapaikassa ei ole henkilökuntaa vaan päivystys on puhelimitse. Päivystyksen pitäisi toimia 24/7, mutta kukaan ei vastannut kun keskellä yötä palohälytyksen huutaessa yritimme soittaa. Jouduin mm. itse rauhoittelemaan hätääntyneitä ulkomaalaisia asukkaita ja päästämään palokunnan sisälle rakennukseen. Joku kyllästynyt asukas hiljensi hälytyksen repimällä käytävän palohälyttimet irti, mikä ei puurakenteisessa talossa lisää turvallisuutta. Tällä kokemuksella en suosittele. Worst stay ever! Not suitable for couples or families. The "Family studio" is a normal room with a table that transforms into a double bed. So, you can choose to have a bed or to have a table. If you open the table to be a bed, it covers all the floor and you have no room to walk around. There is no personnel. The reception is a phone service which should work 24/7. In our experience, it did not. We had a bad experience fire alarm in the middle of the night with me being the only one to respond to it. Nobody in the building knew what was going on and the hiisi homes service number not answering. I do not recommend

Sehr guter Zustand und Sauberkeit. Gute Lage als Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen zu Fuß, mit Fahrrad oder Schiff. Rund um die Unterkunft ist eine gr0ße Baustelle, so dass es nur sehr eingeschränkte Parkmöglichkeiten gibt.
