Room was clean and beds were very comfy. Employees were kind and very helpful and accommodating. The hotel is right across from the BOK. The only downside is the limited parking and access. But will definitely be back! The complimentary breakfast was incredible!

I like this hotel because it is walking distance to the BOK center. Makes it easily accessible to walk to concerts in a few minutes. The hotel is also well taken care of, clean, and has nice staff. The only thing I didnt like was the parking situation. In the past there was Valet parking which made it easy to park in this busy area, now you have to find your own parking space in a parking deck almost a block from the hotel and walk to the hotel carrying the luggage.

I specifically chose this hotel because they stated they had a shuttle service that would take one within a 3 mile area. They DID NOT........ Their excuse was no help.....Well they shouldn't advertise that they have a shuttle then. I would not have booked this hotel had I known.

Nice hotel, right across the street from the BOK Center which was very nice for us going to the concert. Downtown Tulsa does have a lot of homeless people running around, so you have to be aware of that. My only real complaint regarding the hotel was their BEDS. Not comfortable at all, too hard or something because when I’d ly on my sides my hips would hurt, and I’m not a back sleeper.

I did not like that Expedia had not confirmed the 3 rooms I had reserved so when I tried to check in, there was not even one room in my name. Thankfully, the staff was amazing and managed to find 2 rooms for our stay. 0 stars Expedia!! I’ll not use you again.

Excellent staff, kind and accommodating. The free shuttle was not available for part of the stay, so we did have to rent a car, but they did not charge us to park it. Overall, it was a very nice stay and we would stay again.

This is hands down the worst experience I've had at any Hilton property. Entrance was already locked at 6 ish when checked in, the desk person was the only staff I saw and was rude, which put me in a bad mood, which didn't help the situation. No water in the room. Parking is in an open lot in what appeared to be a sketch neighborhood. Not a place at4 which anyone should stay.

Parking is an issue.
It was a very clean hotel with a great breakfast. My only complaint was the parking. We had to feed the meter in the morning several times to park on the street or pay $40. for valet parking.

Great location and hotel not so comfy bed
Conveniently located a block from the BOK Center for our concert. Hotel staff very friendly and accomodating. Pillows were flat as a board and the bed wasn't very comfortable. That's a game breaker for me. I was actually surprised because most Hampton's I've stayed at the beds have always been cozy and comfy.

We really enjoyed our stay in Tulsa. We had a few issues of our own deign and the folks at Hampton Inn were very accommodating and helpful in working with us on a resolution. Highly recommend.

It was ok.
It was ok. The room was large and comfortable although oddly arranged from furniture position. Check seemed less than enthusiastic although it is a dead week for them just before thanksgiving. Lots of directions and details on the Amount of fines and towing charges you will face if you park in the wrong area of their parking lot (although street parking is free from 5pm till 8am).

Very good hotel, location was great for me. Room was very nice, water 💧 pressure was poor. Parking should be free considering the nightly costs for rooms. Breakfast was good, very clean environment.

Great location for the civic center. The a/c in our first room was broken. Staff moved us quickly. Hallway on our floor was not air conditioned and was extremely hot. Beds were comfortable and the lotion in the bathroom smelled great.

Our stay was great. Had gone for concert that was canceled but when it is rescheduled we hope to go to the same place. Only unexpected thing was the parking location and the charge of 20 per night. But all was fine and will return.

We came in for TU's homecoming and to see family. Everything from check-in, the room, our request for a late check-out to our check-out was excellent! Definitely will be our spot when we are in town.

Great location
Great location to BOK and Cain's Ballroom. Several restaurants within walking distance. Nice clean hotel with great breakfast selection. However, the beds were very hard and uncomfortable.

Housekeeping stole souvenirs
Housekeeping stole our souvenirs out of our room. We confronted them and they said that they would call us back but never did. We had to keep calling but got the runaround.

We stayed overnight to see The Jonas Brother’s, it was a fast and easy walk to the BOK Center, parking was very organized with very helpful employees when we arrived. We will stay here again.
