This property is under renovation. A layer of dust is on most furniture. The air conditioning does not cool, only the fan works. Check mattresses. Our hide-a-bed mattress was covered in blood and urine.

Summer was amazing checking us in! We were originally booked in a room that wasn’t renovated but due to me having a 20 year birthday anniversary at this location, she moved us to a newly renovated room!

I was an old dusty room everyone else in n my group was an a renovated clean room and I was send to a room right next to the construction area. I had a dripping faucet the whole time. I would never stay and that hotel ever again.

The property is undergoing renovations and the room we were given was pre renovation so there were bad smells, stains etc. The staff members were a bit indifferent and the breakfast food quality was on par with a lower tier hotel. We were not impressed with this stay at all.

Ice make on 7th floor did not work nor did Ice maker on 5tt floor work. Every trash can in the ice vending areas for floor 5, 6 and 7 were full the entire weekend.

No one told me there was going to be construction and the pools were going to be closed and I brought my kids to go swimming in particular. Also it was hot and noisy and dirty everywhere.

The staff was extremely great. Very prompt when calling the desk and asking for supplies.I do wish i would've known it was under construction and that the pool wasnt open when i was booking. We didnt have heat in the room for both nights, the tv wasnt connecting to internet, had trouble with hot water our last morning. Breakfast was a little on the cooler side. Wish it wouldve been hot.

They’re under construction right now and my kids were not able to swim which was one of the main reason we wanted to stay. Also we were woken up at 8 in the morning to men drilling and hammering. Also we had trouble with getting hot water. It definitely wasn’t an amazing experience.

Our reservation had been cancelled when we arrived to check in. The room was outdated, but looks like the property is undergoing some renovation. The room never got to a desirable temperature. We ran the AC constantly, but stayed warm the entire stay.

Our stay here was absolutely terrible. It’s clean, that’s the only good thing I can say… the pool is closed. Construction noise was not concealed as advertised at all. Vending and ice machine is hard to find.. they make you pay to park in the parking lot even as a guest. It’s supposed to be for extra security but the guard was never seen outside the hotel. It was loud, we were woke up by construction between 7-8am.

The property is adjacent to the freeway. Because of that the bedroom experiences non stop droning of freeway noise. We choose the from furtherest from the freeway and still very loud ambient noise. No ice or vending machine available on the floor had to go to 3 floors to find an ice machine that was operable. There were no vending machines on any of the 3 floor i checked While I understand that they are upgrading the property it is disappointing that there was no mention of this when booking. Also perhaps a discounted rate should have been extended? I have a second 2 night stay booked for May 2024. I’m looking for a better place to stay at this point

We were not aware that the pool area was closed, We picked this hotel so the kids could relax in the pool before heading to our event tomorrow. Also was notified of the construction inside the hotel either before booking. Disappointing!

Lobby was closed due to construction which hurt the meeting we had with friends, room wasnt as nice as previous embassy suites, had small refrigerator no table, fewer amenties. Breakfast was still really good. Housekeeping came to our room at 9am knocking on door like there was a emergency to see if we were gone which was really irritating.

This property is under total remodel construction. Thousands of yards of dirty, dusty plastic hanging everywhere. Drills, hammers start at 7:00am till 7:00pm. We were never notified when making a week long reservation at this hotel. There is nothing posted on there website or on Expedia. Horrible experience!!

Lots of Construction…Still a Good Stay
There’s a lot of construction going on inside and outside the hotel. This wasn’t an issue for us as we were only staying one night just to catch a flight the next day. Breakfast was good and employees were very pleasant and friendly. Overall a good stay.

This hotel is under construction no hot water!! Great pool hours! Adult swim at night! Hot tub is nice and hot. Though the jets are just loud bubbles. Good to soak though. Sheet and towels were good quality. Clean room! Breakfast was nice. Cooks there for omelets!

The room we secured online was. Or available. Was lied to by staff. Staff was rude. It’s under construction and that would be nice know ahead of time.

We are disappointed that you experienced the worst state of this classic hotel. Fortunately, we have started remodelling. The deficiencies stated have been noted for our staff and Engineering dept. We apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused. This is not typical of our hotel and staff; we are looking into this matter. It was very dirty. The room was dirty, the hotel was dirty. It was very humid and the staff was rough. Not a good visit.

This property was under construction during our stay but we didn’t hear any noise, the staff was awesome and breakfast was delicious.

Both TVs didn’t work. We called front desk & someone came 20 mins after. He stayed in the room for 45-60 mins then left saying he’d be right back & had to go program remotes. Came back over 45 mins later. TVs still weren’t working. He stayed another 30-45 mins then said he would be right back. Came back over an hour later. This went on for a total of 5 trips & still did not work & he didn’t return after the last visit. He said he couldn’t figure it out & only had espn but would go downstairs to get it fixed & never returned. The construction inside was so loud. I understand having construction but definitely did not realize it was the entire hotel. Will not stay here again.
