"The room and service was great! The manager was also great! We ended up needing a sheet and the front desk got the sheets for us right away. She informed us there was no overnight housekeeper. Which was perfectly fine for us, as we disnt expect anyone to remake the bed at 1am. The manager called the next morning to apologize and take time out to reach out to us which we have never expierenced prior from any hotel we have stayed at. The manager always too tiem out to come to our room and apologize again, which to us it wasn't really a big issue, just a very minor inconvenience at the time. They definitely went above and beyond to meet the expectations of their guests. I would highly recommend 10/10. The rooms also had a very neat set up/layout. "
