"Greeted by very helpful staff. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. Complimentary water and coffee provided in the room. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom had plenty of counter space. Parking is limited but there is no reason to have a car since the terminal for public transportation is a block down the street."

"I only stayed for one night but it was a super easy check in process. Took less than 5 minutes to get up to my room. My room was very clean and comfortable. I was within walking distance to the Harvard campus. The printer they leave available for guest was super helpful. Would recommend to anyone and I plan to stay again."

"The room is spacious, comfortable, and well equipped, and the location is very convenient. It has a kitchenette with a microwave and refrigerator, a sofa and armchair, a work desk, a large TV, and a spacious bathroom. The air conditioning also works well. Unfortunately, housekeeping has been inconsistent. At check-in, we were told the room would be cleaned every other day, but we went about a week without a proper cleaning. We contacted the front desk, and although the first promised service did not happen, they arranged a full cleaning the following day. Housekeeping then came and did a thorough job, and the room is now in very good condition, which we appreciate. The other issue is that the water dispenser on the fourth floor is not working, so we have to go down to the second floor near the fitness center to refill our water. This has still not been resolved. Overall, we like the room and the property and will probably stay here again when we come to Boston next time."
