When we arrived, the receptionist couldn’t find our reservation and treated us poorly, almost as if the mistake were ours. Even after I showed her all the confirmation details, she kept insisting there was nothing under my name. Eventually she located the reservation, and her attitude changed immediately—she became friendly and chatty. Front‑desk staff should treat every guest or potential guest with courtesy and professionalism, regardless of any confusion with the system. I do want to add that every other staff member we interacted with at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

Las instalaciones estan horribles, no tienen mosquiteros en las ventanas de los pasillos a pesar de el latente problema de dengue en el pais, la alfombra super sucia y huele mal , la ducha con hongos y muy vieja. El único motivo por el que nos hospedamos ahi fue por la ubicación.

Buena ubicacion

Tuve un check in rapido. Llegué antes del horario de ingreso, por lo que tenia que pagar media estadia, pero el chico, muy amablemente, hizo una excepción y me permitió ingresar. Es un hotel, como su nombre lo indica, que ha quedado en el tiempo. Es viejito, pero siempre tuve todo limpio y en orden. La ducha me resultó muy incomoda y no tenia frigobar. Del desayuno no puedo decir nada, ya que nunca desayuné ahi. La gente del hotel muy amable. La ubicacion excelente.

La higiene era excelente, como si todo fuera nuevo. El personal joven y amable. Cambiaron mi reserva al llegar de twin a matrimonial, sin que pudiera entender xq, pero fue tan veloz que no me agravie. El cuarto era pequeño y con vista a un artefacto tapado y pequeño. No daba a la calle, pero era perfecto en cuanto a necesidades: placard, perchas, secreter… o sea, pese a detalles intrascendentes muy bueno!!! Inmejorable ubicación, volvería otra vez!

Mucho para mejorar

El hotel esta bien ubicado, la limpieza es buena y el personal amable pero cuando reservamos decia estacionamiento gratuito y desayuno continental y no tenian ninguna de las dos cosas. El estacionamiento lo tuvimos que pagar aparte ya que la calle estaba cortada y no se podia ingresar al del hotel pero no nos reconocieron el pago; y el desayuno era basico y ni manteca tenian a pesar de que la ofrecian en el mismo. Ademas cuando compre la estadia decia que mi habitacion tenia vista a la ciudad por lo que era mas cara y nos dieron con vista a la pared interior , no nos comunicaron que era otra habitacion.

Solo buena ubicación

El hotel necesita refacciones URGENTES. La limpieza de la habitación es pésima, lleno de basura abajo de las camas. Reservé una habitación con cama doble, me entregaron una con camas twin. Al hacer checkout me quisieron cobrar la estadía cuando ya estaba prepagado, y tuve que ahcer una llamada internacional a Expedia así ellos le recuerden al hotel de leer los emails. No recomiendo a nadie este hotel, viejo, sucio y pésima calidad de servicio al huésped.

El desayuno no fue lo esperado.

La experiencia comenzó súper bien desde la recepción, comodidad acorde al precio, buen servicio. Debo observar la mala calidad en el servicio de desayuno, las viandas de la diferentes opciones estaban pre armadas dando lugar a que un huevo revuelto envuelto en papel film y frío es incomible, al destaparlo el olor era muy fuerte. Lo mismo aplica para el jugo de naranja y la ensalada de frutas. Por otro lado las tostadas estaban hechas con Anterioridad y estaban muy duras.

The property was extremely dirty and with bugs all over the room. I was quite upset and wanted to cancelled the reservation and they refused. I ended up losing 700 dollars but was the price to pay to move to a clean and decent place. They should apologize and return the money. Terrible. That place should not be called a hotel...

I liked that the property was centrally located. The breakfast was adequate. I did not like that the pictures on the website were deceptive. What looked like a suite type two bedroom booking turned out to be a family room with one room inter-leading into the other. The elevator did not stop level to each floor which was a significant safety factor.

Todo marchó bastante bien hasta la madrugada del domingo cuando me desperté a causa de la música que estaban pasando en una fiesta en uno de los salones del hotel. De madrugada tuve que cambiarme de habitación para poder seguir durmiendo. No volvería a este hotel jamás. No está preparado para descansar, algo muy básico en un hotel.

Muy céntrico, bar a la calle muy conveniente, con boucher para descuentos para huéspedes y una invitación de empanada y vino. Habitaciones tristes que no dan para más que para un día. Olor a humedad en colchones...
