"We stayed for 2 days and 1 night in March 2026 and had a truly memorable experience. The cruise felt refined, well-organised and very comfortable, with beautiful views throughout the journey. The cabin was elegant and spacious, the food was very good, and the service was attentive without being intrusive. The crew made everything feel smooth and effortless, which allowed us to simply relax and enjoy the scenery. A premium and well-executed way to experience Ha Long Bay. Highly recommended."

"It was an unforgettable experience! The room where we stayed was overlooking the vast bay and it was beautiful. The amenities on the cruise ship were wonderful, and the hospitality was above and beyond. We felt truly welcomed and cared for by the crew and they always provided what we needed. Truly a Five-Star experience for our family. Shout out to Ms. Kim (the cruise manager), Ms. Erin (server), and Mr. Tran (swim & kayaking), they took very good care of us!"

"We had a very nice room looking straight to the bay (which was amazing), hotel was new, but they dont really have a place for kids apart from an indoor pool. Although all the staffs were trying to be helpful, I dont think they have enough staff. Hotel is also a bit far from beach"

"Our group of 7 had a wonderful night on Erina Cruise. The rooms are big and spacious, the staff are very attentive and we enjoyed the activities offered. The pool is quite shallow but it was good for sitting in and our 4 year old loved it. Plenty of food options at each meal so there was something for everyone in our group. Would highly recommend."
