"Very clean and close to the main parts of town we wanted to wander. They gave us great suggestions for parking as well. Easy check out! Only issue was ground floor was a little loud as it’s at street level. I was able to sleep through it but if you are a light sleeper get a room upstairs. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Sean and his brother run a clean, well maintained property. Staff is friendly and helpful. It is an easy 10 min walk to Eyre Square. Breakfast was good. Highly recommend for your time in Galway. Definitely a good value overall."

"The room we were given did not have a bathroom attached to it, the bathroom was in the hall with a sign “only for room 2” but there was nothing stopping others from using our bathroom. The bathroom smelt terrible. The room was much smaller than described, the building was confusing, parked in front of the cafe because we weren’t sure where else to park, we never got a wifi password even after messaging and asking. Room was clean though."

"The Boat Inn is an incredible spot to stay in while visiting Oughterard or Galway. The rooms are so clean and well maintained. The check-in is really easy. I would highly recommend staying here. Plus it is in the middle of everything so you have plenty of food options and if you like nightlife it’s perfect."
