Nice hotel in a residential safe distric
The hotel is a residential part of the town. Very safe to walk even at night. The room facing the park have a great view of some trees.

Nice small hotel, close to historic center but...
Based on its good ratings, I reserved a double room on this hotel. I'd say it's a above regular place, but after a couple of nights I ended leaving it with mixed feelings on my experience. I didn't like that my reservation from the Expedia app (and confirmed, according to them) was not registered in the reservation book of the hotel. According to the front desk boy, it was due to technical issues between this site and the hotel, nevertheless he could help me to solve the setback afterwards by taking my reservation himself personally. On the good side, the breakfast buffet was very good, sort of a continental one with scrambled eggs included.

The only thing I can really complain about was the bath tub. The water ran very slowly, so it took about an hour to fill it up for a soak! Otherwise, the service was wonderful, and the stay quite comfortable. They took care of our laundry for us, helped us discover a bottle of local wine, and called a cab for us on our way out.

Nice hotel and close to the center
Enjoyable stay for a one night visit to the city. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The location is at a walking distance to tge city center.

SOME GOOOD SOME BAD, BUT FOR A BUSINESS CLIENT TO NEED THE WI FI IS COMPULSORY. NOT TO HAVE WHEN IS OFFER IN THE WEBPAGE WOULD BE CHANGE MY DECISION TO STAY IN THAT HOTEL. THEY ALWAYS ALL THE TIME NOT RECOGNIZE THERI FAULT THEY SAY THE FAULT IS OF THE INTERNET SUPPLIER. WE ACCEPT THAT EXPLANATION IF THEY ERASE FROM THE WEBPAGE THAT THE HOTEL HAVE INTERNET AND WI FI BECAUSE IT DOESNĀ“T WORK WELL ALL THE TIME (2 DAYS). IT WAS VERY UPSET FORME CAN BE WORK IN MY ROOM

Our room was spacious
I booked this hostal early and got a very good deal. The room was spacious, there was even a bathtub which is not usual in hostals. There was also a mini bar which kept our bottled water cold. It was an easy walk to the main plaza. The staff was very helpful. They had a computer in the lobby for guests to use, which is nice since we were not traveling with our lap top.

It is a good budget place in a quiet area. You can walk to some good restaurants in the area or even to Plaza de Armas.

Nice, afordable hotel
It is a near to the center, nice, afordable hotel. Hotel staff is always willing to help. Overall a very clean, although room can be even more cleaner (under the bed for example). Very good experience.

Far out from central in a quiet neighbourhood
Not near central. Clean and comfortable room. The toilet bowl is enclosed. The shower tub and basin are in the room. Breakfast comes with juices, scramble egg, breads, coffee and tea. Carpet around the basin gets wet easily.

Was fine for our brief stay to see Chan Chan, but don't expect a lot. There were little ants getting all over my stuff, and the fan included had a different plug than the room. Otherwise adequate.

Everything was fine, after i finished my sightseeing and i found my backpack in another place, and when i opened it to check my stuff, i found anothers things inside and i left it on the table, them i check my money and someone took 350usd

The only complaint we could have about this hotel is that there is no hot water at the sink which makes it difficult to shave. The owner and her staff were wonderful and very helpful. The breakfast was great, the location was a medium. Walk to the town square with shopping and restaurants.

Good budget hotel to explore the area
Excellent family run guest house (a large converted house) in nice area. Personal service. Good english spoken by all staff. Walking distance from the plaza d'armas. Satisfactory breakfast. Good for families.

Great location, friendly staff
Hotel is perfect for a short stay and a good sleep. Very well located and clean. I was allowed to park at the hotel one-car garage. Bathroom a little bit old, TV cable quality of video should be improved. Breakfast was simple but perfect. Walking distance from Plaza de Armas.

Great location and outstanding staff!
Staying here was a treat! This place is run by a family, and the staff go out of their way to help you. I speak limited Spanish, and they were all very patient. They made sure that I had everything I needed, from tours and bus tickets to laundry service. The room was not very modern, but it was comfortable and clean. I had a nice view of a small neighborhood park. The location is quiet and convenient, just outside the city center but close enough to walk to everything. Highly recommended!

Se cobra por adelantado y no es lo que esperaba.
Al reservarlo x Hoteles.com se suponƭa q pague al retirarme, pero me dƩbito de mi tarjeta de crƩdito al momento de la reserva. No habƭa manera de reclamar al hotel. El precio no es para la calidad que brinda.

El check in estuvo bien, nuestra reserva figuraba. Personal atento La habitaciĆ³n al ingresar tenia olor a humedad y no tenia ventilaciĆ³n por mas que habĆ­a una ventana que daba al pasadizo. Encontramos un ventilador en el closet, pero era demasiado viejo y no generaba nada de aire. La ducha muy angosta,era una mini tina, al ducharse las cortinas tenĆ­an q ir por dentro, sino se salĆ­a el agua por todos lados. Demasiada bulla, cuando ingresan otros huĆ©spedes, ya que los mismos clientes suben sus equipajes. No probamos el desayuno que ofrecen, no puedo opinar de ese servicio.

Fue un viaje agrable y respecto al Hotel buena atenciĆ³n pero al final me cobraron mas de lo que comprĆ© aunque era por consumo de cosas que te dejan en la habitaciĆ³n que por cierto deberĆ­an decirte que no son de cortesĆ­a. Algo tambien que no te es el pintado de las paredes que parece hace algĆŗn tiempo no lo hacen y la habitaciĆ³n muy pequeƱa, por lo demas todo bien.

Como en casa. Lo que si dirĆ­a es que no acepten parejas en la madrugada, porque le bajarĆ­an su calificaciĆ³n y ya no se podrĆ­a recomendar a familias.

Estas en casa con la familia CenturiĆ³n
Soy un pasajero de business usualmente, hoteles 5 estrellas, por primera vez decidimos usar un alojamiento de este tipo. La infraestructura puede mejorar sobretodo lo que es las camas y algunos detalles en las habitaciones. Pero esta de acuerdo al precio pagado. La gran diferencia la hacen los anfitriones. No hay cosa que no estƩn bien dispuestos a ayudar y resolver. Es cierto, hay ruido en el entorno pero mƔs parece ser un problema en Trujillo sobretodo con los taxistas que usan y abusan del claxon. Con certeza volverƭa.
