Very nice facility, but as with so many "resorts" now, there are many add-on charges beyond what the room rate originally appears. We did have an excellent meal and service at the Osteria Sierra restaurant at the hotel.

The front desk phone was broken! Any problems required me to go to the office in person, so I went down twice.Because the light and heat switches in the room were difficult to identify; the heat switch looked broken, without a casing. The door to the room had large gaps, and I was worried that bugs ...
