Horrible
The man that checked us in was very rude and had no idea what he was doing. Refused to let us have 2 keys and i asked for a room on the side of the building becaise we had a young dog that barks when theres alot going on outside. He refused. He tried tk charge me for 2 days that were already prepaid for and I had already showed him the receipt twice. He got mad when i told him we had dogs and said he had to start all over and I shoukd have said something. I told him I did say something. Thats why i asked for a room on the side of the building rather than up front. There were ants in the bathroom and dried up dog feces in the corner of the bedroom. We ended up staying 5 days. Housekeeping never came by 1 single time. We had to go to the office to get clean towels and toilet paper. And then they asled for ID for that. I had to go to the dollar general to get cleaning supplies. Staff is rude. One Indian man showed me hisblittle finger that had a long finger nail telling me that was a status symbol stating he doesnt do manual labor???? This happened when inwas complaining about how housekeeping never came by and thats what his response was to me. I wasnt asking him to clean but asking for someone to clean it.

The room was a great value for a no frills stay which is exactly what I was looking for. I couldn’t be more pleased. Downside, the a/c heater was loud enough I turned it off at night so it didn’t wake me up when it came on. Not a big deal as it wasn’t really needed all that much.

After the Alice Cooper trip
Here's how I rate: the good, the bad, and the ugly. The good: the staff was super nice, the room, sheets, and towels were clean and the bed was comfy. The bad: a couple of flies and a spider that I killed. The ugly: THE PARKING LOT!

We stay here a few days per month for work. Its quiet and basic needs are met. Office staff os always friendly amd caring. Inlike that we can bring our dog and there are always other dogs. Offering a carry out breakfast of some sort would definitely brighten up the place. The only complaint we ever have is the male house keeper. Hes always rude and cranky. Never smiles and is never friendly. I guess that's just how he is.

Front desknpeople are always great. We atay here aboit 1 week per month. Beds are comfy. Housekeeping personel are hateful. Have very bad attitudes, have no idea how to be friendly. They beat on the door and do not give you time to get out of bed and to the door befoee their walking in on you. If you stay here make sure your door is bolted or they will walk in. The one man who walks around and changes the outsode trash cans is a horribly rude person. Thebplace has roaches. Be sure to shake you things out thoroughly before putting them in your car to go home.

Stay somewhere else!
Easily the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Other Motel 6’s I’ve been in weren’t nice but this place was a DUMP and kind of scary. When we arrived there were police and EMT on seen. When I asked the front desk clerk what was going on he informed me it was a guest who had gotten drunk. The next morning we talked to locals who informed us that people live in this hotel and they’re not the most desirable of characters. That explains why we heard dogs barking through the night and people coming and going at all hours. If you showed me a picture of the courtyard I would’ve said this place was abandoned. Overgrown, weeds everywhere, pieces of the building were falling off in some places and duct taped on in others. Inside was no better. Stains on the comforters. Stains on the sheets. Stains, toothpaste, and lipstick on the walls. When we turned on the sink fruit flies or gnats came out of the drain. In the morning when we left someone had urinated on the wall outside.

This hotel room was disgusting. And apparently I chose a smoking room when I didn't check any box for that, but was told I did. Grossest hotel I've ever stayed in.

I’ve stayed here before and I will again. She’s not much to see from the road but the rooms are clean, the shower is amazing and it’s a quiet property. Price can’t be beat, easy access to the interstate and Troy has plenty of shopping, dining and amenities.

The front desk staff was ok and that’s about all I can say was good. The hallway was covered in bird poop. The floor in the room needed swept and I’m not sure the sheets were clean. We stayed as they said it was a pet friendly hotel, unfortunately the grass had not been mowed and my Pomeranian was lost in it as it was so tall! I believe they rent more rooms to people for living than people who travel. If you do stay bring freshener as you will smell what your neighbors are cooking!

hot tub in bedroom was cracked, room was freezing cold even with heat on 83, check in and check out workers were very rude. bathroom did not heat up at all. bed was very wobbly .

Decent with a surprise fridge and microwave
Not a bad little one night stay. We actually slept pretty well once everyone in rooms beside us quieted down. The bad thing about it is you can hear EVERYTHING in the next room. It was decently clean. Yes things are outdated. We were surprised with the mini fridge and microwave because it was not listed in the room amenities so we thought we'd have to go without. We were surprised to find both. Although they weren't in the best shape they were clean and worked. Would have liked more than 3 pillows for 2 people but it wasn't terrible. Not bad for the price.

The room appeared to be recently renovated, was clean and the shower was amazing. Lacking a bit in toiletries and the bed was a bit too firm for my back but that’s on me and not the hotel. Outside property isn’t much to look at but it was fairly quiet, I felt safe and had easy access to I75 and there was a w Wendy’s, Waffle House, a coffee shop and a Subway within a 2 minute walk. Staff was kind at check in, the man at check out was a bit gruff and kind of gave me a look when I asked for a receipt. But all else considered it was a comfortable 2 night stay and I’d reconsider booking there again.

Pet friendly if you’re looking for a bed and a roof it’s a good place. The guest next door had traffic all night grounds were dirty no continental breakfast, and no coffee pot in the room basic needs met. I probably won’t stay there again unless absolutely necessary.

Amazing Unfortunately they had issues with their credit card machine but the gentleman at the desk made sure that I was still able to get my room with no problem this is one of the cleanest rooms that I've stayed in within the past month
