Floors appeared not swept, bathroom smelt of urine, shower had mildew build up on floor which came off with cleaner, sink was dirty, there was a white dried up substance on desk, desk chair, curtain. Bedding seemed clean, towels seemed clean. But room I was not impressed at all. "
