"Beautiful view from our balcony and communal area round the front of the property. Very clean with great facilities and air con, the wifi was not the best so be prepared. Very steep walk up to the property which is doable if you are quite active, would recommend to have a car or motorcycle otherwise. Close to a bus stop, nice supermarket and town centre. "

"Well equipped apartments in a beautiful and tranquil setting amongst the trees & overlooking the sea. We had a wonderful week here, it is in a great location close to beaches, restaurants and bus stop etc The apartments and the pool area are kept extremely clean. We were so well looked after by the owners and really didn't want to leave. We will be back !"

"A wonderful 10 night stay at Margi House. Bed was very comfortable. Air con was blissful. Cleaned really well daily with fresh towels. Swimming pool was exceptional. "Nicos, Katrina, Alexandra, Maria looked after us with pleasure, smile and friendly conversations. The property is perfect for us , 2 adults and 14 yr old daughter. The beach and restaurants were within 5 to 10mins walk. Supermarkets locally and the marina also. Breakfasts were excellent, wholesome and leisurely. "

"Ensure you contact the host in advance to arrange a check in time as this is not clear in the confirmation email. Even so, we were disappointed that we had to wait almost an hour to enter the room, despite emailing our arrival time, as the owner had decided to go to the beach. Otherwise, the owner was helpful. "The apartment was excellent - clean, comfortable and very well equipped with air conditioning and a large balcony. The location is brilliant, close to all the restaurants, shops, the harbour and buses to the beaches. Marietta, the owner, is very attentive, helpful and a lovely person who seems to go the extra mile for her guests. I would definitely stay at Polykratis again if I return to Skiathos - which is a beautiful island. "
